An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Manager to lead, mentor and train our dynamic team!

This position allows you to combine your passion for hospitality with your impeccable customer service and people management skills.

Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Opening/setup and closing/pack up of venue
  • Managing, training and mentoring team members
  • Delivering exceptional customer service with a high level of professionalism
  • Demonstrate our ability to lead from the front in a hands-on capacity
  • Keeping abreast and demonstrating sound knowledge of new menus, functions/event details and specific clientele needs
  • Proactively managing and following up of guest bookings
  • Stock ordering and stock control
  • Adhering to high levels of staff grooming and polished presentation standards
