Moama RSL is seeking an experienced Café Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our café. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise and passion for the hospitality industry to ensure the continued success of our popular café.
About the Role:• Permanent full-time role with a mix of days, nights, weekends & public holidays.
• Remuneration negotiable based on experience.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a seamless experience.
• Drive sales, improve efficiency & build the café’s reputation.
• Foster a collaborative and positive team culture.
• Provide on-the-job training to help staff reach their full potential.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety & food hygiene regulations.
Requirements:• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in hospitality.
• Skilled in coffee making & maintaining high standards.
• Ability to multitask & adapt to varying customer levels.
• Strong leadership & effective communication skills.
• Clear communication – listening and speaking with team & customers.
• Passion for customer service & building energetic team culture.
• Confident, positive & approachable demeanour.
• Knowledge of food safety & health regulations.
Hospitality Staff – Casual
Bar & Gaming, Wait & Functions, Coffee Shop
Applicants will need to demonstrate / provide evidence of:
- Current NSW RSA and NSW RCG Competency Card (for Bar/Gaming staff)
- Current NSW RSA (Wait, Function & Coffee Shop staff)
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming
- Outstanding customer service, with great communication skills
- A “people person” with a positive outlook
- Be self-motivated, show initiative and be able to work within a team environment
- Be readily available to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays
